List of Ingredients
1 lb. alligator fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tbls. Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 tbl. thyme
3 tbls. chopped parsley
Black pepper, to taste
Creole seasoning, to taste
White pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
Recipe
In a large skillet, melt butter and add alligator pieces. Sauté over high heat for 3 minutes, and then add the garlic.
Cook for 2 minutes and add all other ingredients. Sauté for 2 more minutes. Serve with French bread or over angel hair pasta.
