Las Vegas Shrimp Cocktail

List of Ingredients
1 pound cooked and peeled shrimp, chilled
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Cocktail sauce
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon finely minced onion (chives may be used)
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 tablespoons finely minced fresh celery
Salt
Pepper to taste
Recipe
Mix shrimp and lemon juice together in a bowl and refrigerate. Place all the sauce ingredients in another bowl, blend, and refrigerate. Dribble sauce over top and serve at once.
To serve, place shrimp and lemon juice in 4 bowls (for small cocktails).
