1/4 pound bacon, fried slowly until very crisp
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 large onion, minced very fine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 loaf party rye, sliced
Recipe
Place bacon, cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce into blender or food processor
Blend into a spread.
Place spread on rye slices.
Broil until brown and bubbling.
Yield About 30
