    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds boneless country ribs, cubed
    ½ C. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. Urban AccentsÔ Moroccan Road
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    1 to 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded, cut into 36 cubes
    36 - 4 to 6 inch skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

    Recipe



    Place pork cubes in bowl. Add olive oil, Moroccan Road, paprika, red pepper and salt.
    Toss to evenly distribute spices. Marinate several hours or overnight, covered, in refrigerator.
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    Place a piece of red pepper and a pork cube on each skewer.
    Place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
    Transfer to serving bowl.
