    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 cup minced onions
    1 cup julienned Danish ham and/or tongue
    salt and pepper
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup brown sauce
    toast or prepared artichoke bottoms
    fresh parsley
    Brown Sauce

    Recipe



    In mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, onions, ham and/or tongue and seasonings. Melt butter in skillet and saute the mushroom mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms and onions are soft. Stirring in the Brown Sauce, heat for one more minute. Serve over toast or prepared artichoke bottoms. Garnish with parsley.
