List of Ingredients
2 cups canned, rinsed and drained black beans
1 cup corn kernels, cooked
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped tomato
1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 4 cups.
