1 chicken breast, cubed
1Ú2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
3 1Ú2 tbsp water
2 tbsp store-bought sweet and spicy Thai sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds
scallions, julienned, for garnishRecipe
1. Cut chicken breast into bite sized cubes.
2. Combine breadcrumbs and egg in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Add chicken and form cubes into balls.
4. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken balls and cook for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
5. Coat chicken balls with sweet and spicy Thai sauce.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Garnish with julienne scallions and serve.
