1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon butter
1 can tomato soup
1 cup cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Elvis Style
King Creole Seasoning

Sauté onion in butter. Place in a double boiler and add the soup. Add cheese and stir until it melts. Stir in Elvis Style King Creole Seasoning, then gently mix in eggs. Cook until thick. Serve over bread or crackers.
