List of Ingredients




20- 30 Snow Peas
1- 8 ounce container of salmon or herb and garlic flavored cream cheese.
1 red bell pepper- sliced in strips
fancy toothpicks

Recipe



Lay each snow pea out flat. Pipe a 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center of the pea with a pastry bag with large open tip on it. Place the red pepper strip in the center of the cream cheese. Fold the pea end together and secure with a toothpick. Repeat. Arrange on a serving platter.
