    # 1 cup All-Purpose flour
    # 1 teaspoon Jayshree Coriander Powder
    # 1 Teaspoon Jayshree Cumin Powder
    # 1 teaspoon Jayshree Turmeric Powder
    # 1 teaspoon salt
    # 1/2 teaspoon Jayshree Black Pepper Powder
    # 2 garlic-cloves (finely chopped)
    # 1 inch piece of ginger (chopped)
    # 2 small green chilies (finely chopped)
    # 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
    # 1 cup water
    # 1 onion (chopped)
    # 1 potato (coarsly grated)
    # 1/2 cup whole corn kernals
    # 1 small eggplant (diced)
    # 1 cup Chinese Broccoli (cut into short lengths)
    # Oil for deep frying

    Recipe



    1. Place the flour in a bowl and stir in the Jayshree Coriander, Jayshree Cumin, Jayshree Turmeric, salt, and Jayshree Black Pepper
    2. Add the garlic, ginger, chilies, and cilantro with just enough cold water to make a thick batter
    3. Add the onion, potato, corn, eggplant, and broccoli to the batter and stir well to distribute evenly
    4. Heat the oil in a wok to 375 degrees F
    5. Drop Tablespoons of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp, turning once
    6. Drain the fritters thoroughly on paper towels


    Servings Suggestions

    1. Keep fritters hot in a warm oven until ready to serve
    2. Serve with sweet chili sauce, salsa, or chutney
