20 1/4 oz Pineapple chunks in syrup
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
4 ts Cornstarch
3 tb Bottled hot barbecue sauce
1/2 ts Soy sauce
2 cn Libby's Vienna Sausage;
-drain, 5oz ea
Green pepper chunksRecipe
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup syrup. Combine syrup,
sugar, cornstarch, barbecue sauce and soy sauce in
saucepan. Heat and stir sauce until thickened; simmer
3 minutes. Thread sausages on skewers, alternating
with pineapple and green pepper chunks; brush with
some sauce. Broil or grill, turning once, just until
heated through. Serve as an appetizer with extra sauce
for dipping.
