List of Ingredients
4 whole Farmer John® Pork Tenderloins about 1-1/2 lbs. each
2 Tbs. pressed Garlic
1 Tbs. dried Oregano
1 Tbs. dried Thyme
1 Tbs. dried hot Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbs. Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Tbs. fresh Rosemary
1 lb. Farmer John® Bacon

Recipe
1: For rub: Combine garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes and red wine vinegar.
2: Cut the tenderloin lengthwise, 3/4 of the way through. Season pork tenderloins with the rub and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle rosemary along interior of tenderloin. Let rest until pork is at room temperature.
3: Wrap each tenderloin with bacon. Secure with whole cloves or toothpicks.
4: Grill over hot charcoal, turning often, for 30 minutes , or until the bacon is crisp and the pork is cooked, but still juicy. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot or at room temperature.
