    List of Ingredients




    5 tablespoons clover honey
    3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
    4 packages (2.1 ounces each) mini-phyllo dough shells
    6 ounces Gruyere cheese, grated
    1/4 pound Monterey jack cheese, grated
    2 ounces Asiago cheese, grated
    1/2 pound stick-style pepperoni, finely diced
    3 tablespoons dried oregano
    Pinch of dried (rubbed) sage

    A double feature of tany cheeses and sweet pepperoni atop a dollop of honey and mustard. Makes pizza rolls seem plain!

    Wisk together honey and mustard in bowl until smooth. Taste to be sure neither ingredient over-powers the other. Spoon a thin, even coating into bottom of each phyllo cup. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cheeses, pepperoni, and oregano in large plastic zipper-lock bag. Close and kneed bag to mix ingredients well. (Or, mix well in bowl.) Transfer to bowl. Sprinkle a pinch of dried sage over honey mustard in phyllo cups. Carefully spoon filling into cups until mounded. Place on un-greased baking sheet and bake 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 60.
