1 lb. ground buffalo
SAUCE
1 egg Can cr. of mushroom soup
1 T minced dried onion
¼ C beef broth
½ t mixed seasonings of choice
1/4 C white wine
1 T hot sauce
1 t minced garlic
½ C bread crumbs
¼ C heavy cream
cheese cubes (pepper jack)Recipe
*mix all meatball ingredients, wrap small amount around cheese cubes, and brown.
*mix sauce ingredients in saucepan over low-medium heat, add browned meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.
