List of Ingredients
2 (16-ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 medium jalapeño, minced
1/4 small white onion, chopped
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Corn chips
Recipe
Combine the black-eyed peas with the jalapeño, onion, dressing, bell
pepper, seasoned salt, chili powder, cumin and pepper. Refrigerate 24
hours. Serve chilled with corn chips.
Yield: 5 cups
