    2 lb Minced Chicken
    1 c Fresh Breadcrumbs
    4 Green Onions, sliced
    1 tb Ground Coriander
    1 c Chopped Fresh Coriander
    1/4 c Sweet Chili Sauce
    2 tb Lemon Juice
    Oil, for shallow-frying

    Recipe



    Mix the chicken and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Add the green onion,,,ground and fresh coriander, chili sauce and lemon juice, to taste, and mix well. With wet hands, form into evenly shaped walnut-sized balls. Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.

    Heat 1 1/4 in oil in a deep frying pan to 350F degrees, or until a cube of bread browns in 15 seconds, and shallow-fry the balls in batches over high heat until golden. Bake on a baking tray for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.

    Makes 50.
