    Turkey Cranberry Wreath

    2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 cups cooked turkey, cooked
    4 ounces grated swiss cheese
    1 cup dried cranberries*
    1/2 cup celery, sliced
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoon dijon mustard
    3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
    1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 egg white

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent dough: separate into 16 triangles.
    [1] With wide ends of triangles toward the center, arrange 8 triangles in a circle on a large pizza pan. Corners of wide ends will touch and points will extend 1 inch beyond edge of pizza pan. Match wide end of each remaining triangle to wide end of each outer triangle overlapping slightly: press the wide ends together to seal. (points will overlap in center DO NOT SEAL THESE)

    Measure mayonnaise, mustard and pepper into a bowl. Add turkey, celery, parsley, cranberries and cheese to same bowl.

    [2] Mix filling, using a tablespoon or ice cream scoop, scoop filling over seams of dough, forming a circle. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over filling.

    [3] Beginning in center, lift top dough triangle across filling, continue by alternating with outer stripe, slightly overlapping to form a wreath. Tuck last end under first.

    [4] Beat egg white lightly; brush over the dough. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut and serve warm.

    Yield 10 servings
