12 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup minced carrots
1 bunch minced green onions
1 package square pasta wrappers (about 20 wrappers)
1 egg
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
2 cups canola oil
Recipe
.Heat oil in sauce pot over medium high heat.
2.With hand mixer mix cream cheese, carrots, green onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Open wrappers egg wash entire wrapper, spoon filling, roll buritto style. Continue with all twenty.
4. Test oil with one egg roll make sure you hear and see bubbles!
5. Fry until golden brown (about 25 seconds) place on paper towel to drain oil. Caution cream cheese is hot! Serve and enjoy!
