List of Ingredients
3 - 8oz packages of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
6-8 ounces pesto drained
6-8 ounces of sun dried tomatoes drained and diced
1 dip mold (serving tray)
Saran wrap Recipe
Mix cream cheese and parmesan cheese together
Divide the cream cheese/parmesan into 3 equal sections (this is done because you will be using 3 different layers of cream cheese)
Take the dip mold/serving tray and line it with Saran Wrap, making sure you have extra Saran hanging over the edges of the tray.
You will now layer the dip. First layer is the cream/parmesan mix
Second layer is the drained pesto
Third layer is cream/parmesan mix
Fourth layer is sun dried tomatoes
Fifth layer is cream/parmesan mix
Cover with Saran Wrap
Place UPSIDE down in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours
Enjoy
You can make this the day before, it will stay just as fresh.
