Warm Spinach Dip with Pita Chips

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons chicken stock
1/2 8-ounce package light cream cheese
1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/8 diced green onions
8 whole-wheat pita bread, cut into quarters and toasted
Dash hot pepper sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauceRecipe
In a large saucepan over medium heat, sautÈ the onion and artichoke
hearts in chicken stock until onions are translucent. Add cream
cheese and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a simmer, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat; stir in spinach and green onions. Serve
warm with toasted pita quarters.
Serves 8.
