    # 8 oz Pre-cut corn tri-color tortilla chips (tomato, chili & spinach flavored)
    # 1/4 cup Marinated tomatoes
    # 1/4 cup Diced green onions
    # 2 oz Sliced jalapeno peppers
    # 1 oz Sour cream

    Recipe

    1. Place 4oz of chips on plate and evenly cover with 4oz of Queso sauce.

    2. Top with remaining chips, mounding for height. Follow with rest of Queso sauce.

    3. Add remaining ingredients to Queso chips (except sour cream). Spread evenly for coverage.

    4. Top Queso chips with scoop of sour cream.

    Serves: 2-4

    Queso Sauce

    INGREDIENTS
    # 2 oz Diced jalapenos
    # 1 qt (10 oz) Velveeta cheese (cubed)
    # 2 oz Diced green chilies
    # 2 oz Diced red peppers
    # 1/4 cup Salsa picante
    # 1/2 cup Chicken stock
    # 1/2 cup Half & half
    # 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    # 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic

    PROCEDURE:

    1. Rough cut jalapenos small diced.

    2. Place all ingredients in stock pot (except cheese).

    3. Cut Velveeta into small cubes and add to liquid mixture.

    4. On stove heat cheese mix on low heat, careful not to scorch, stirring continuously until cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.

    5. Hold sauce at no less than 140 degrees.
