List of Ingredients
3 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or marjoram
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Pepper to taste
4 eggs, beaten
1 garlic clove, choppedRecipe
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm.
