fiery chipotle cheese stuffed jalapenos

List of Ingredients
1 (26 oz.) can whole pickled jalapeño peppers
3/4 lb. sharp (preferably white) aged cheese, grated
2/3 cup mayonnaise (use more or less to taste)
2 tablespoons CaJohns Chipotle Pepper Sauce
Japanese black sesame seeds (optional)
Recipe
Drain and rinse jalapeños. Slice off stem end of pepper, then slice in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Mix cheese, mayonnaise and CaJohns Chipotle Sauce together, then stuff jalapeño halves with this mixture. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve.
