2 ripe tomatoes
1/3 lt of water
4 tbsp concentrated milk
1 tbsp rice cream
Recipe
Wash the tomatoes and plunge them in boiling water for a 30 seconds
Put under cold running water and peel
3.Cook the tomatoes with a bit water and cook for 10 min
Put it in the mixer and sieve
Add the rice cream that is thinned out by the milk
Cook at low heat and continue stirring for 5 min
