    # 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
    # 1 cup brown sugar
    # 3-ounce package vanilla or butterscotch cook-and-serve pudding (not instant)
    # 1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
    # 1/2 cup chopped nuts (we used pecans)
    # Cinnamon
    # Additional cinnamon and nuts for topping

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut one loaf into pieces and place in greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan (see note). Melt the butter and brown sugar over low heat in saucepan; add pudding. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts. Cut the remaining loaf in pieces and place over the bread and pudding mixture in the pan. Pour remaining pudding mixture over all. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and nuts.

    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
