    List of Ingredients




    1 cup of Brown Sugar
    2/3 cup of Margarine
    2 Eggs
    ¾ teaspoon of Vanilla
    1 ½ cups of Flour
    ¾ teaspoon of Baking Soda
    ¾ teaspoon of Cinnamon
    4 apples, peeled and chopped

    Recipe



    1.Preheat oven to 350°.
    2.In a mixing bowl, combine, brown sugar and margarine until well blended.
    3.Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
    4.Add dry ingredients, mix well.
    5.Add apples, mix well.
    6.Lightly grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
    7.Spread mixture evenly in pan.
    8.Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
    9.Enjoy
