    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    6 tablespoons boot grease (margarine)
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup milk (approximately)
    3/4 cup chocolate chips (use your judgment)
    1 teaspoon sugar

    Recipe



    Mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and boot grease in bowl until it resembles fine crumbs. Break egg into a glass measuring cup and add enough milk to make 2/3 cup; beat until blended. Mix chocolate chips into flour slurry adding the dairy cup. Shape into a ball and knead on a floured board. Place dough on a greased baking sheet and pat into any form you want. Sprinkle evenly with granulated sugar. Cut dough in 9 pieces and separate on sheet. Bake at 450 for 12 minutes.
