    Scott's Favorite Scone

    List of Ingredients




    18 oz. all purpose flour

    21/2 oz. sugar

    1 Tbs. Baking Powder

    1Tsp. Baking Soda

    1/4 Tsp. Salt

    1/2# Butter Soft

    2 Eggs

    8 oz. Buttermilk

    1# of particulates (ex) berry's, chocolate

    Recipe



    Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl and wisk together.

    Add butter and combine together to make a mix that resembles corn meal.

    Wisk together the eggs and the buttermilk, add to dry and mix to form dough.

    Add particulates and scoop out desired size to bake. Bake at 350 degrees. Bake size will depend on the size of the scone. Bake until scones are slightly firm.
