    4 Cups Flour
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Water
    1pk Yeast
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Butter
    2 Eggs

    Recipe



    Mix 1/2 the flour with the sugar/yeast and salt. Add softened butter and liquids, be certain the temperature on the liquids is no less than 110 degrees no more than 120 degrees. Combine until smooth (3 min). Add 2 eggs mix well until incorporated (2 min). Slowly add remaining flour until a soft dough is formed. Turn out and knead until smooth and elastic (5 min). Place in greased bowl and cover with damp cloth for 20 min or until doubled in size. Lightly flour surface and roll out in rectangle. Brush with Margarine - Spread evenly over rolled dough. Coat generously with 4 Tbs Cinnamon, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar.
    Combine Roll long edge up. Cut into 2" sections. Place into pan, cover and let rise 15 min or until risen over top of the pan. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 min. until golden brown.
