    Bob's Baby Back Barbecued Ribs

    List of Ingredients




    Cover baby back pork ribs with water and add a tblsp. of apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil and the reduce to a low boil for 1 hour.

    Sauce:
    1 12 oz. can of tomato puree plus a half a can of water
    1 green pepper (chopped)
    1 med. onion (chopped)
    2 cloves of garlic (minced)
    2 tblsp. oil
    3 tblsp. Spicy Brown Mustard
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 tsp. ground thyme
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. habenero pepper (ground) or a dash of Dave's Insanity Hot Sauce.
    You can add more is you like it hotter or omit it if you don't like heat
    at all.
    1 sm. can of tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste.

    Recipe



    Sauté onion, pepper and garlic in oil. Add the thyme, cumin, tomato puree, and the water. Add the molasses, smoke, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil. Add the Dave's sauce or habenero and continue to cook. Thicken with tomato paste and add salt and pepper to taste.

    Char broil the ribs and coat with sauce toward the end of their cooking. Cook sauce onto the ribs.
