HIGH COUNTRY SPICED HAMBURGERS

List of Ingredients
2 lb. Montana Legend Natural Angus Beef Burgers
2 teaspoons fresh sage minced
2 teaspoons parsley minced
2 teaspoons juniper berries minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper ground
2 slices red onion
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon melted butter
2 oz. Colby cheeseRecipe
Mix ground beef and seasonings until well mixed.
Form into 8 oz. patties and start to grill to desired temperature. Spread sliced onion with butter and sugar, then grill until tender. While on grill Ð top hamburger with onions and Colby cheese until cheese melts and hamburger is at perfect temperature.
Serve in your favorite bun
