    1/2 cup sour cream
    - 1/3 cup finely diced cucumber
    - 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    - 1 pound ground beef
    - 1/3 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
    - 1/3 cup chopped green onion
    - 1/3 cup BLACK LABEL® Bacon cooked crumbled
    - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    - Oil
    - 8 slices pumpernickel bread buttered on one side
    - 4 slices Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese
    - 8 slices tomato

    Recipe



    Prepare grill for medium-hot direct heat cooking. In small bowl, combine sour cream, cucumber, horseradish, and nutmeg. In large bowl, combine ground beef, mushrooms, green onion, bacon, and black pepper; mix well. Divide into 4 portions and shape into patties. Brush rack of grill with oil. Place patties on grill. Cook 4 minutes or until browned on bottom. Turn. Cook 4 minutes longer or to desired doneness. During last few minutes of cooking, place bread slices buttered side down on grill to toast lightly. Place a cheese slice on each patty to melt. Spread sour cream mixture on toasted side of each bread slice. Place patties on 4 bread slices. Top with 2 tomato slices and remaining bread slices, sour cream side down.

    Serves 4.
