    List of Ingredients




    (1) Large Flour Tortillas
    (2) Thinly sliced pieces of beef as for
    fajitas)
    (3) can or jar Salsa Verde
    (4) Ranch Dressing
    (5) Finely diced tomatoes , fresh or canned
    (6) Finely chopped vidalia onions if desired.

    Recipe



    This recipe is for the outside grille.
    Get coals glowing and quickly brown beef to
    your choice of doneness.
    A small amount salt and pepper is optional.
    Slightly pink is more flavorful.
    You will need to use foil or a special cooking
    grate due to the finely sliced beef.
    At the same time, heat your flour tortillas
    one or two at a time, allowing them to cook
    slightly but not so crisp that they break.
    Place meat in tortilla shell and add approx.
    I tbsp salsa verde (to your personal "hotness"
    preference) and then add approx I tbsp ranch
    dressing and tomato and onion if desired.
    Fold taco, try to close the ends, and
    enjoy !
    The secret is in quickly cooking the beef and getting the tortilla cooked just right to
    bring out the flavor ! These are called
    OUTSIDE TACOS as they are best EATEN
    outside !! They are delicious but the juice
    just drips from them as you eat them !
