2 c. Sting Ray Bloody Mary Mix (available at Crate & Barrel stores) or V8 Clamato Juice
1 c. lemon Absolut vodka
6 dashes worcestershire sauce
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 T. horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
Celery salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
24 oysters, shucked
Recipe
Combine bloody mary mix, vodka, worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice and horseradish in a pitcher. This can be prepared a day in advance; refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare 2 saucers, one with lemon juice and one with celery salt. Dip the rims of 24 shot glasses into the lemon juice and then dip the rims into celery salt.
Fill each shot glass with an oyster and top with bloody-mary mixture. Serve chilled. Makes 24 shooters.
