Recipe Introduction
This is the traditional recipe for the Barbados rum punch, which is never made in quantities of less than a gallon and is always served ice cold. Do not let the pleasant taste fool you … some claim that it carries the kick of a mule.
List of Ingredients
3 ozs. lime juice
6 ozs. simple syrup (instructions follow)
9 ozs. rum
12 ozs. water
A few dashes of Angostura bitters
Grated nutmeg
