100ml vodka
100ml gin
100ml tequila
100ml Cointreau
100ml white rum
50ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
champagne, for topping up
ice, for shaking
cherries with stalks attached, to garnish
Recipe
Place the vodka, gin, tequila, Cointreau,rum and lemon juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Pour into four tall Collins glasses containing ice in it. Top up with champagne, garnish with cherries and serve.
