    2 ½ parts ABSOLUT Vanilla
    2 parts pineapple juice
    Kiwi compote

    Recipe

    Shake all ingredients over ice in a martini shaker, and then pour into a well-chilled martini glass.


    Add 1 tablespoon of kiwi compote to the bottom of the glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a kiwi wheel.
