    Makes 1 drink
    2 ounces silver rum
    1 ounce amber rum
    3/4 ounce lillikoi (passion fruit) puree
    10-12 fresh mint leaves
    1 1/2 ounce lemon lime soda
    1 fresh orchid
    1 fresh sugarcane stir stick

    Recipe



    Muddle mint sprigs (reserving the best sprig for garnish) with lillikoi puree in a mixing tin. Fill tin three-quarters full with ice. Pour in silver and amber rums; shake until well chilled and strain into a tiki mug full of crushed ice. Top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with the best mint sprig, fresh orchid and sugarcane stir stick.
