Grenadine
Sugar
1 1/2 ounces melted white chocolate
1 ripe strawberry
6 ounces champagne
2 drops strawberry pureeRecipe
Wet the rim of the glass champagne flute (10 ounces) with grenadine. Dip rim of glass in sugar.
Pour melted white chocolate into bottom of glass (being careful not to dribble any on the sides of the glass). Let chocolate set up for a few seconds, then place strawberry in chocolate. Let the chocolate finish setting up so the strawberry will stand up straight in the glass without touching the sides. Pour champagne gently over strawberry. Flavor with strawberry puree.
