Smoked Bloody Mary

List of Ingredients
3 Heirloom tomatoes (halved)
2 Jalapenos
2 Cloves garlic
Applewood chips
2 Cups Tomato juice
1/4 Cups Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon Celery salt
1 Lemon, juice only
5 Dashes Cholula hot sauce (or to taste)
Ice
Vodka (optional)Recipe
1. Cut tomatoes in half.
2. Add applewood chips to stove-top smoker. Add tomatoes, jalapenos and garlic to smoker. Seal and smoke on high heat for 10 minutes.
3. Put all smoked ingredients in a blender. Add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, lemon juice and hot sauce. Blend until smooth.
4. Put ice in a tall glass. Add desired amount of vodka. Stir and serve.
Makes 2 drinks.
