    List of Ingredients




    11/2 ounces Citadelle or Cîroc vodka

    1 ounce Mathilde Liqueur Pêches

    1 wedge fresh Texas peach, as garnish

    Recipe



    Stir the vodka and the liqueur over ice for 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute or cocktail glass. Add the garnish.

    Serves 1
