    Apple Sausage Biscuit Bread

    List of Ingredients




    1 package of Johnsonville Brown Sugar and Honey Breakfast Sausage
    2-21 ounce cans apple pie filling
    4 packages of buttermilk biscuits
    2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoon of sugar

    Recipe



    Prepare sausage according to package directions and slice into 1/4" coins. Set aside.
    Place cinnamon and sugar into a large bowl and blend well.
    Dip biscuits individually into cinnamon and sugar and toss in bowl to coat.
    Add Johnsonville Brown Sugar and Honey and apple pie filling to bowl with coated biscuits and blend until well distributed.
    Place into two greased one-pound bread loaf pans and bake at 325° F for about 90 minutes or until golden brown and biscuits are fully baked.
    If desired, top the bread with a dusting of powdered sugar or a glaze of powedered sugar and water.
    Caution: Please allow breads to cool slightly as pie filling can get very hot during baking.
    Servings: 6-8.
