    1 lb seedless grapes
    6 tbsp olive oil
    1 bowl store bought pizza dough
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    1 ½ tsp coarse sea salt

    Recipe



    On a baking sheet, place the Concord grapes that have been removed from the stalk, place in an oven to dry for approximately an hour and half hours at 150°. The grapes will shrivel a little and become even sweeter as the excess moisture has evaporated. Remove from oven and cool.


    Lightly oil a cookie sheet with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, then take the pizza dough and roll or stretch into a rectangular shape, no thinner than half an inch thick. Brush with olive oil.


    Sprinkle on the oven dried Concord grapes. Then sprinkle with freshly chopped rosemary and sea salt.


    Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 320°. The dough should rise slightly and bake to a golden brown on top. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
