Recipe Introduction
Hovis is a small multi-grain loaf popular in England. When we still had Marks & Spencer stores, it was available frozen. This recipe, adapted from a large, from-scratch recipe from the Mary Moore Cookbook (out of print), makes a fine-textured loaf. As with all bread machine recipes, you may have to adjust the amounts to suit your machine.

1 1/2 tsp instant or bread machine yeastRecipe
