    This corn bread is very sweet.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon honey

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400 degrees.

    In a bowl, mix together the cornmeal, sugar and flour. Pour the milk into a
    mixing bowl. Add the flour mixture, eggs, oil and honey. Mix for 2 minutes, then
    scrape down sides and continue mixing for another 2 minutes.

    Spray muffin pans with nonstick spray. Spoon the cornbread batter into the
    muffin pan, filling to just below top of each section. Bake 20 to 25 minutes,
    until golden brown.

    Makes about 12 muffins.
