List of Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, margarine, or oil
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
3 cups cooked rice (1 cup raw)
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound Tennessee Pride Country Sausage (mild or hot), cooked, crumbled,
and drained
Black pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Soy sauce, to taste
Recipe
Heat butter in large skillet or wok until hot. Cook celery and onion
until tender. Stir in rice, garlic powder, and sausage. Season with
pepper. Cook and stir about 3 minutes to heat through. Push sausage
mixture to one side of skillet. Pour in eggs and cook until just set.
Stir into rice mixture. Season with soy sauce. Makes 6 servings.
