    • 681g (½lb) Bramley apples
    • Half tablespoon grated lemon rind
    • One tablespoon lemon juice
    • Two tablespoons Canderel
    • 400g (14oz) Mullerlight Toffee Flavoured Yogurt
    • Two brandy snaps, roughly broken

    Recipe



    1. Peel, core and chop the apples. Put into a large pan with the lemon rind, juice and three tablespoons of water.
    2. Cover and cook over a moderate high heat, for five to seven minutes whilst stirring until the apples are tender enough to break down. Don't allow them to become completely mushy, though.
    3. Remove from the heat and stir in the Canderel.
    4. Spoon into four serving glasses covered with a thick layer of yoghurt. Top with broken brandy snaps and serve.

    Serves: 4
