8 Rashers of bacon
8 pork sausages
100g of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of chutneyRecipe
Grill the sausages for 15 minutes, turning often.
Slit sausages lengthways, keeping them attached down one side.
Derind the bacon rashers.
Cut the cheese into 8 slices.
Put a slice of cheese and a little chutney into each sausage.
Wrap a rasher of bacon round each sausage and secure with cocktail stick.
Grill for 5 minutes, turning so the bacon cooks evenly.
Remove the cocktail sticks before serving.
