List of Ingredients
4 rashers of back bacon
4 rashers of streaky bacon
1 shredded large crisp cabbage
1oz or 25 grammes of
butter
salt and pepper
pinch of ground allspice
Recipe
Cook the cabbage in boiling water until just tender and drain thoroughly..
Cook the bacon and cut into strips
Put the cabbage into a serving dish and add the bacon , salt pepper and allspice.
Toss welland serve with jacket potatoes or french bread.
Serves 2.
