Bacon and Cabbage with Crispy Onions

25g butter
15ml spoon corn oil
4 rashers rindless smoked trimmed streaky bacon, cut into pieces
150g pack fresh and ready spring greens
15ml spoon crispy onion toppingRecipe
Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan or wok, add the bacon and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the spring greens and stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes, sprinkle over the crispy onion topping and serve.
